I found these two throttle cables on ebay, what is the difference between push and pull, which one do I get?

They work as a pair. Best to replace both at the same time, usually.

nc30 throttle cable push/pull

I have one of these, not sure which, but it's brand new and yours for a fiver. Will just have to order the other, I'll check which when I get home if you're interested

I only use the pull cable on my nc30's too.

You get both of them, if you want the throttle to work as designed. The cables are about the same length, but they have different shaped 'noodle' tubes that screw into the throttle housing.
The supplier should know what you need; if you aren't sure that he does, you could maybe photograph the originals and email the pics to the seller. Thailand to Wales is a long way to send things back!

Having two throttle cables is overkill, but there's probably a good reason why Honda designed it that way...
But then what do I know, I use a single cable and make my own... :o
