8hr Suzuka style rear light

Post by Drunkn Munky »

After investigating stephens RC45 it turns out the trick rear light is just a simple bracket and 2 slim NC indicators, but with red lenses.

Now the bracket is easily made, slim indicators are available but the red lenses are not. Thing is these lenses are probably used for 100's of applications maybe on cars too so does anyone have any ideas?

also as per stephens picture all suzuka bikes have a red rear section, as i discovered in my research,

however the OKI bike in the 1990 8Hour apears to have the normal RVF/VFR square lights?

strange

Yeah i think the earlier ones (RC30 RVF's) and the later RC45 RVF's had square lights, later ones were led i think also.

Some RVF's had a yellow section on the rear instaed of the red aswell

The 92 and 93 ones didnt but they were RC30 RVF's. Pretty sure all 94 bikes had these.
