Liner overbore on an NC29 engine.

Hi Guys,

I´m actually tuning my NC29 engine and have one important problem:

I´ve ordered an 444cc big-bore-kit from JE-Pistons. The Standard Pistons have an bore diameter of 55 mm. The JE-big bore pistons have 58mm.

I´ve talked to my mechanic which should do the bore of and he said it is possible that I need other liners because there could be to much material to machinend out of the installed liners.

Does anybody here have knowlede about the bore of from an NC29 engine?

I just check out the sleeve and it had to say what the sleeve thickness is. You may have to push a sleeve out to see if you need to make new ones or get the std sleeve bored.
