Nc30 chain and sprockets?

Post by Scarth »

Anybody any advice on chain and sprockets for my little tyga nc30. Looking to replace and not entirely sure wots best after looking at soo many options.

Not even sure wots on at the min think it's standard sizes.

I guess I want a 525 pitch chain respectable brand with a 40 tooth rear sprocket and maybe 14 tooth front?

lots of lads swear by the rethnal sprockets, iv just bought a c&s kit though and went for a JT set with an x-ring EK chain.... standard drive too, i know some lads go up one on the front to a 15.

Went for Renthal sprockets for mine, +2 on the rear which made pulling away much more pleasant without too silly revs at motorway speeds.

15/40 is standard.
14/40 or 15/42 is good for the road.
