Run to the highlands - 400GB rideout July / August 2011

Ok so with a few people getting keen to get a bit of a run out, who fanices a blast to the highlands for a few days in July / August ?

I am going to put a poll up so people can decide which is the best dates for them, and we simply go with the most popular.

we can stay out for a week if you want or just a few days, even tag along for the weekend and ride back monday if you like - its all good and flexible.

Nothing planned or fixed, hell so long as you can cope on a motorway at 80mph then bring what you like.

I am very much thinking B&B however if your an outdoor and carry a ton of luggage type then campings cool, we can all arrange locations to meetup and so on.

So then - who's game for it ? we have talked and talked about this for long enough lets see if we can get some good numbers and make it happen.

still up for it well, as long as i'm still in one piece by then, might be a bit ambitious with just the two of us... but seeing as I'm up nottinghamshire way in the summer, wouldn't mine some guided tours of the 'good roads' in the area if theres more people though, definately on it as long as i've got the money

yep defiantely will be in for this. Im still a camping/ scruff when im allowed so packing up my tent and coleman will have a few cherished memories coming back. But im more than a little flexible.!!

I would tag along for the weekend or whatever point is nearest me.

I'm not in the Highlands but not that far away.

It's the only one I have so has to be a 400 for me, voted for 5th August as that's on my Friday off rotation.
