NC30 from Hell

Post by arsey30 »

I looked at the 30 my friend bought off e bay this week.
It is worse than the pictures suggest, but he is going to rebuild it and will take photos during the stages of the work.
Amazingly both original mirrors plastic bodies are unmarked.

Dave.

He has some spares already and does most of the work himself.
I was all for getting it going and riding to Boxhill, I bet it would get more interest than any shiney bike there. :-)

I sensed his wife failed to see the obvious potential :-(

I cant see whats wrong with it, just needs a clean and colour co-ordinating duct tape. Sorted.

Maybe it's duct tape holding the wheels on too, silver duct tape is plentiful ;)

I see this on ebay, it was apparently a daily commuter!

I got 1 just like it in Nov / Dec last year.
Sam Billing (on here) had all the good panels off it, to put on his R/W&B & im currently trying to get a log book for it but as it hasnt been on the road in nearly 13 years, the DVLA dont want to play ball.

All my build pics are on the www.nc30oc.com as i cannot for the life of me upload pics on here.
