Exhaust spring length

Guys,
Trying to sort out my ethos exhaust at the moment, but the exhaust springs are completely knackered (falling into rusty pieces or overly stretched so they dont coil up properly). What length of spring should i go for when replacing these? The distance between the eyes on the system is approx 10cm. Is there a standard length ratio to go for? Any advice on particular type to get?
Thanks for the help :D
Matt

I might have a couple laying about somewhere Matt . If not eBay have replacements I think they are 8 to 10cm in length.

I use Tyga springs on my Ethos with no probs - they are stretched a little more than they would be on a Tyga system though.

I used 83mm springs on my TSR system, and one of the spares went on the SP1 style system with no problems

Speaking of exhaust spring length...what length springs do you guys use for the Maggot and stock headers?

There are no spring mounts on the stock headers. You could get some welded on at a location to suit whatever springs you get.

That's great Kris, if you have a set of 4 that will give enough tension at 10cm then ill send a few readies your way

Let me know!

True, the stock header isn't designed to be used as such, but there is one spot where you could attach one spring, no? I'm guessing someone's done that before and would know which spring they used.
