NC29 running problems
HI guys, need some help and pointers.
Recently acquired a cbr400rr nc29. IM no stranger to bikes and working on them but this one is driving me nuts.
It runs and rides great, new iridium plugs and a new set of carbs due to fuel inlet plastic part cracking on old carbs.
I have a problem, when i thrash it, in any gear, it kinda bogs down, if i am sitting at about 90mph and let off , then put throttle back on, its as if theres isnt any fuel getting to it for a few seconds. ive checked the fuel pump and it does work, can this be the problem? ie: not pumping enough fuel through.
its the only thing left i can think of really, I was sat at tyne tunnel earlier, payed, and went, i redlined it in first from there and it ran ace, was this due to sitting and the pump filling the bowls?
once into second and a bit more speed it was bogging down again
any help appreciated. cheers
