Nc30 rubber pipe work
I want to replace the rest of the pipe work on my bike with fresh rubber as mine has started to break up , I don't have the tank off yet but I want to change it all when I have the tank off to do the carbs , is the pipework all the same thickness and what length do I need to order? sorry if it sounds lazy .

Re: Nc30 rubber pipe work
What pipes are you looking to replace? theres only fuel and water isnt there? Fuel is 8mm and as for the water its either samco or OE replacements.

Re: Nc30 rubber pipe work
Well I have replaced the rad pipes with samco ones, I have 2 left over which I assume go somewhere under the tank, I don't know what's under the tank as I don't have it off yet but I wanted to know what pipework is there so I can order it up ready for when I have it off to do the carbs .

Re: Nc30 rubber pipe work
One of the leftover pipes might be for the rocker cover to airbox?
There's not many other larger diamter pipes under the tank.

Re: Nc30 rubber pipe work
hose wise,
theres a 6mm ID for the expansion overflow pipe, 6mm ID for the expansion tank filler/expansion line
6mm id for the fuel breather over flow which Tees off under the tank and then drops each side of the engine,
8mm id for the drain pipe for the top of the filter box to take condensation from the underside of the fuel tank
20mm ID for the rocker cover breather to the airbox as cammo mentioned.
8mm ID for the fuel hose,
then i think 5mm ID for the vacuum hose, but not sure on this as i dont have one.
also brake resovoir hoses both 8mm ID too,
hope that helps a little, ive just changed most of mine except for the radiator hoses, nowt wrong with the originals. pointless spend on samcos when the offer nother more than cosmectic IMO.
