i'm guessing you don't have a haynes manual...otherwise you could follow the wiring diagram

i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say the negative wire on the LEDs should go to ground and positive go to ignition (not to battery, otherwise the angel eyes will be constantly on)...sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong, can't remember the wire colours off the top of my head sorry.

or just wire them to the side light circuit/wiring so they only on when the side lights are on? that way they can be on or off. do bare in mind that the heat of the H4 bulb will eventually knacker the LED's

hmmm...wouldn't that mean that his angel eyes will be intermittent with the side light? not really the desired result...

if porndog's way works without flashing with the side lamps then that's an option along with what i suggested earlier..other option is to wire them to the low beams so they switch off when hi beams are in use and last option would be to use an on/off switch in the circuitry if you want personal control using the ground & ignition power method i mentioned before

i would highly suggest you get your hands on a wiring diagram bud

The side lights operate with the headlights, we don't use them in Oz (against regulations?), they're the bulbs in teh bottom of each headlight.
