Hi does anyone know if a set of cbr 1000 mirrors with indicators will fit my nc35?

you will need custom mirror bases for side mount unless you plan on top mounting them...

Well my plan is to replace my STD ones with the cbr 1000 ones but i dont know what the distance is between the two bolts on them mirrors to compare with the holes on the fairings

well not knowing the exact distance...i'd say it's most likely to be 40-45mm spacing compared to the 30mm spacing of the RVF...if the indicators are also LED then you will need resistors in the wiring or an electronic flasher relay

i'd say you're best bet is to get on the fireblades.org or 1000rr.net forums and ask for the exact bolt distance...maybe someone else on here might know..

I think they have normal bulbs in them but I have already wired in resistors for led bulbs for front and back
