These are the dims of the set I had on my first CB-1 years ago.
I have recently bought another CB-1 and it rides suspiciously like it might be restricted. I will investigate this weekend, I may have a set of washers to sell you.

Sorry, turns out my CB-1 isn't restricted, just a bit slower than the old one (37 tooth rear cog)amorti wrote:

It's "just" a 35mm washer with a 17.4mm hole in the middle. If you are going for the dyno-proof option, I would leave the extra hole off. If you dyno it and it makes 29 then leave it, if it makes 25 then add a little hole about that size. I don't understand how the hole would "not fit" to be honest as that's a 3mm hole in a 8.7mm wide "ring", so it deffo should fit.craigttay wrote:hi there the dims dnt add add up as the 3mm hole in the washer doses not fit on the washer when i have drow them up. do you have any idea where i have gone rong
My drawing is more or less to scale, if yours looks different then you have misunderstood my notation.
