Hi all,

Heard great things about WRS rearsets. Are they really all that? Opinions please.

Regards,

Dave.

They don't just look good, but IMO the best thing about them is the shift action. I've never felt better.

I need another set...

I had a set on my racebike, unfortunately they only lasted 1 day since I used them to replace the rearsets I damaged racing on the Saturday, then I damaged the new set by crashing again on the Sunday (both crashes on the left hand side!). Not a happy weekend

Have a WR battle kit in use since 2007...great quality and build! I love the way it looks on the bike.
Fitting as per instructions, I never crashed with it so no opinion about that.
I believe parts can be had separate in case of damages.

Yes they are 'all that'!!!!

I have a set on my NC30 and love them to bits.

I really like the way that the rear brake plunger is included when you buy the 'Battle Step'

They give a good rise and rearward movement of your feet placing you in a good tucked in position too.

They are available via ebay (thats where I got mine) for about £175

Yes they are the ones, and the seller I bought mine from!

One thing I would say is be prepared for customs to hold the parcel and demand import taxes. Parcelforce pay it on your behalf but they then add a bit and hold the parcel until you pay them. Works out at a further 24quid! You might be lucky though and it doesn't get held!

What's the circled hole for?

Do you think it's to allow fitment of the stock exhaust heat shield?
