Race numbers, opinions please.
i've toyed with this idea a few times but never done anything about it, a few forum members have edurance reps and these are the guys i'm aiming this to but feedback from other is appreciated.
my castrol bike has big red boring number boards, whats the opinions of sticking some race numbers on there. since my forum name is Royster81 i was thinking of some 81's, no fancy lettering, nothing over the top just some nice uniform 81's.
and i've been watching the endurance championships lately ( when i catch them on ) and the red backgrounds ( supersports ) have white numbers

what do you think, nice or gash-izzle...

I always raced number 68 (someone already had 69) when I used to kart and thought about sticking them on my blank number board but I think that I would look a tit if i ever had a spill and sent out the wrong image to the feds

Re: Race numbers, opinions please.
I have numbers on my Eddie Stobart replica - 33 - was Eugene Laverty when he rode for them briefly - anyways - the first thing people always ask when the see the bike is, 'So do you race then?' and I then have to go into the whole , no - I just wanted it to look like a race replica story which gets abit boring after a while!!
However I think it does 'finish' thebike off quite well.

this is what i'm trying to work out, if they look shite i can take them off and if i like them is it because i think they should be there and i like them because they are there rather than they look nice.ibby4585 wrote:Haha, I've very nearly contacted Brooky for numbers for my OKI
