Quick question. What are these wires?
On my NC23 under my clocks are these:

I know it's dirty and rusty down there
.
Ideas? The bike runs as it should and works as it should.
I was thinking maybe it's something to do with de-restriction?

The only thing I could find in the Haynes, it could be the speed limiter wires, K model only.

Are they for the little red speed warning light?
Heading out in a mo, will have a look.

Mine is showing two wires the same, which I took off the red speed warning light (usually sits on the top left of the speedo and comes on if you exceed 50kph - a Jap home market thing which is two things - very annoying (ahhhhhnooooredlightnooil!! Oh... ok) & easily removable via one small screw
