I'm looking for a larger rear sprocket (520 pitch) for the hybrid but B&C only list up to a 47. Anyone know where i can source either a 48 or 49?

If you give them a ring I'm pretty sure they'd make one from a blank for you- they list that size in 520 for the Thunderace and FZR600R so they can actually make them that big! Could you not use a smaller front sprocket?

Running a 14T on the front (-1) so a larger rear (oo-er missus!) is the only way to go

I run a 14-47 on my hybrid and 1st gear is allmost a waste of time and tops out at 120. I'm thinking of putting a 46 on the rear. Alltough as it is 2nd n 3rd gear are great for wheelies!
