Im after a new Engine for my VFR400 NC24

would an nc21 engine be ok in a 24 frame? if there's no adverse effects from fitting it, go for it and sell the chassis on to recoup some of the money :)

Does it come with the Loom / Ignition box too as these are different on an NC21 (also sit in a different place!)

AS YOU CAN SEE FROM PICS ENGINE RUNS AND REVS UP

THATS WHY I HAVE PUT A PICTURE OF CLOCKS SHOWING IT REVVING UP

Haha yea i saw that :D kinda made me laugh when i read that as anyone could fake that shot lol

My engine revs up, just smokes and pulls water into the oil lol but it runs lol

He said is has no loom but the CDI unit can be supplied with it.

the loom / ignition boxes are differnet, you'll need the ingition box at any rate

Darn it :( the loom dont come with it only the CDI unit.

What would happen if i run the NC21 engine on a NC24 loom and Ignition box? (thought Ignition box and CDI unit was one and the same)

If you're going to go to that much trouble there an NC30 engine on ebay for 150 quid.
There's standard looms and CDI's for that in the For Sale section now for very little money.
