how to replace forlk oil seals nc24?? cant find a guide..

hi guys.
Im looking at dreplacing my for oil seals this week, but ive done some searching and there isnt a guide as to what or how to do this.
There is loads of advice about oil levels, uprated springs and such, but not a newbie idot guide as to what order and how to..

Im sure once youve done it for the first time its really simple, but would love a bit of a heads up before attacking the bike with the spanners..

Fork seals are easy

Step 7, after you undo the hex bolt at the bottom of the fork, providing you've remove the circlip under the fork dust seal you can pull them apart, you might need a bit of brute to pull them apart, they can be stiff beggars
