Hi all,
I'm having trouble fitting some rear set jackup plates to my nc30. I can fit the plates themselves but when I try and fit the original rear sets using the original bolts, the bolts are stopped by the frame on the other side. Will I have to cut the bolts?

Have you fitted the spacers behind the jack-up plates? They shouldn't hit the frame.

Spacers?
I didn't get any spacers!
I plates I have look identical to the Race Dirrect ones on Ebay. All I've got are the plates and four countersunk bolts. Maybe I've been done!?

I don't have jack-up plates, but I have in the past. Post a pic up of what you've got (mock fitted if you can) and we can diagnose it.

Hi all,
sorry for the extended break on this thread. turns out superlite was right, I do need the spacers for the plates. Could someone tell me how long the spacers are and I can get some made up?
Rob.

Wow, forgot about this!
They'll be different sized spacers to a regular aftermarket rearset because the plates act as a spacer too. Best option would be to grab a heap of washers, pack it out and fit it until the rearset clears the swingarm, then measure the washer stack and make spacer to the correct dimensions
