Exhaust collars (pics)
Ok, so I've just taken off the rear pipes as my MOT run out on the 1st and they needed doing, heres what I found...



They'll be a bit buggered then!
Looks like previous owner had tried to bodge them a bit my cutting slits in and the rotten metal out

I have new collars on the way from rcv4 (thanks!) but my question is do they go from the last weld or from where it first flares out, there are remains of the old collar still in the pipe, does all this need to be cut out?
Also when the new collars are welded on does it still utilise the original gaskets? (new ones of course!)

Any ideas guys?
