UK NC30 RWB low milage (whats it worth)
Ive been thinking of selling my UK RWB NC30 as i never ride it anymore.
Its only done 8500miles from new complelety standard, has new tyres chain and sprokets (only becuase its been stood around) MOT's to prove milage
Has had yearly oil change regardless of the milage its done and coolant changed every 2 years all by myself.
It starts, and rides perfectly needs nothing.
I cant decide weather to keep it as its a future classic or sell, tbh it depends on what its worth and i understand that only afew people would warrant paying extra for such a bike so would probably be hard to find a buyer.
I dont need the money, but id like something newer, straight bars etc and cant warrent having it just sat there as i already have a supermoto that i greenlane on.
So all you NC30 experts, whats it worth?

Thanks
Ben

Why's it got a japanese undertray fitted ? looks in lovely condition. does it have the service book and card and all the oe documentation it came with from new ? if so then that rather rare and will make good money.
IMO i reckon 3k+ all day long if you have the correct undertray and all the above.

I don`t think the undertray will hold the price low,but have to say CRM ,3 grand is a lot of money for a 30,ok fine the milage is low but for similar money you`ll get a nc35.I would say somewhere between 1500-2200.
Good luck with the sale
Lovely bike btw

Yes you could get a 35 for less money, you could even buy a 600RR for that money, but they are not UK NC30's so its a bit academic really.
Your average guy will buy a 35 because it looks more modern and is newer and use it, the collector will more likely go for a UK 30.
The undertray will make a difference (past sale prices reflect this) that uk bikes missing things that go in a crash like undertrays, mirrors, do have an impact somewhat on the value, more actually on the interested buyers looking. most will only pay top money for bikes with everything original and complete.
Stick it on the bay, no reserve, let it go, it will go for what ever its really worth. i bet v high 2 low 3k's if its as clean as it looks.
Anyone remember that really low mileage uk bike ? been stood for years in the damp, furry under the skin and brought back in a van leant against some loose timber that scuffed the nosecone and ruined the lowers ? that made 3k if i recall

Mine went for 2.5k last year. Mine too had the Jap undertray, I tried to source one for as long as I had the bike, no joy!
That is a very tidy example, so I'd go 2.5k, good luck with whatever you decide.

Looks good, Ive been studying prices all last year and this year id say 2800 to 3grand, you could pay 2300 for a decent jap import low mileage model.

The UK spec one has a separate light for the number plate and the plate is mounted a little lower.Benc30 wrote:i wasnt aware that it had a jap undertray?? whats the difference?
It probably means that the rear seat unit is also jap. Does the rear light appear as one piece or does the fairing split it through the middle? (Jap)

no rear light is one piece..
its a genuine bike, the number plate nount has been cut down by prev owner... plug for number plate light is under the seat.
