new can or system ?

hi , can anyone help i'm after a new can for my rvf (old one knackered) it is a track bike so don't know as to buy a full system (if that the case which one) or do i just get a new bolt on can. as i say it is a track bike but i want keep it relativly cheap and spend money on suspension to make it handle right first.cheers for any help.

Obviously a full system is going to be a better option for a track bike if your budget stretches to it. But it's not going to offer the sort of gains that sorted suspension will. Just a can will do the job.

You're right in spending cash on suspension first. Grab a full system later I reckon.
