NC23 fork setup
Hi been rebuilding my front forks and wondered if anyone could give me some set up advice. They are the standard forks with the air pressure caps, spacers are 20cm and I am about 13stone. I have 15weight oil but am thinking that should be 10 weight.
Any advice appreciated.
Cheers

15w,air gap 120mm from the top(fork compressed,no spring)
measure the sag at about 30mm(no rider) adjust spacers to suit
summin to start with

Great thanks stimpy, will give that a go tonight. I was hoping you would respond as I was recently reading threads praising your knowledge in this area.

Re: NC23 fork setup
no probs...but if your going to go thru with it,get some springs more suited to your weight...like race tech or summin,it makes a big differance,
do that,and when u have time,the 600rear conversion,and yeah...wicked handling bike
