Fuel Consumption
Hi,
was wondering if anyone could let me know the average mileage that they get from a full tank on a standard NC30 for general road riding. I understand this varies depending on riding style.
Thanks.

Re: Fuel Consumption
It'll vary depending on riding style and bike setup etc but i get just over 100 miles to a tank before flicking to reserve, but that's when pootling backwards and forwards to work through the traffic.

I get 250km from a full tank -> Reserve (156 miles)
Thats on my NC24 though.. it's set-up properly and it doesn't hang about.. although it is mainly motoroway / long a-roads i use the VFR on.

Re: Fuel Consumption
I start looking for a petrol station after 100 miles, had about 130 before and still didn't hit reserve. But that was taking it steady on motorways to and from work.

Re: Fuel Consumption
nc30,nc30 carbs,120 jets, FI needles, yamamoto/custom twin stack = 220kms
nc30,nc35 carbs,115 jets yamamoto/custom stack = 200kms
i'd like to see 250kms out of a stock bike.

Re: Fuel Consumption
I get around 95 miles on my restricted bike. I got 114 couple of weeks ago. Sounds really loud when its running out of fuel though.
