NC30 Respray ideas.

ok here's how my nc looks at the moment, its a 1989 and they are original panels just resprayed.
i like the old school moviestar scheme but it need a respray to repair some damage to the left hand side panel and tank and i just though maybe i should get it fully re done.
i got quoted around about 200-300 for the work to fix that paintjob.
the red white and blue has been temping me because it is the best colours and its how it was before it was sprayed.
a plus to the RWB scheme is im planning on powdercoating my wheels hrc gold, the two look lush together, eg on the ff3 rvf400 racer
Or i was thinking about a suzuka 8 hour jobbie, but that would require alot of sticker work.
opinions and idea's will be appreciated.

Re: NC30 Respray ideas.
personally... I think the original RWB.
currently changing mine as the OEM fairing was badly damaged when I bought the bike, but intend to restore someday.
think it shows it off to the best, and coupled with 'under-the-hood' restoration, you'll end up with a proper shiner, worth a mint

Yeah I think red white and blue is my best bet, don't know whether to do it like that race rvf or not, get the number 1 on the back and the red number board on the back

Re: NC30 Respray ideas.
if you're going to do the race rep look you have to keep it original looking in every way, you can't go sticking big NISSIN's on it or changing the front guard to a tyga RC211v and still saying it's an '89RVF race rep.

Re: NC30 Respray ideas.
Depending on funds it will either be the normal rwb or that race rep, and for a 19 year old im pretty old fashioned when it comes to bikes, I want mine nice and original, as nice as the tyga stuff may be I still think it looks like it was designed by a 17 year old chav from staines.
If I went for that race rep it would have to be exact down to the last sticker, and the good thing is that race rep isn't that different from the original rwb.

And it means I get to have that massive hrc sticker on the tail piece.
So that's already an extra 15 bhp
