Hey that's a real neat job there, the 4 into 1 is very well done. Did you hand make it or is it of the shelf? How do you seal up between the pipes going into the 4into1?

Yes mate all hand made, you have to weld all the tubes together in the middle, I used a small square of stainless in the centre. Then weld down the outside about an inch, then put on the collector.

Sod the can just weld it up ;) Thats gunna be fooking loud no matter what you do to it. I like it tho, very racefit slash looking.

And well done by the way, id love to be able to weld my own exhausts......in titainium :grin:

Ti is ok untill you want to bend and form it to a shape, then it dosent want to know unless you have a big furness and alot of expensive tooling to go with it!

I know mate. I work in an aircraft parts factory and we make loads of Ti parts. It is a bugger to work with. Cracks just if you even think of forming it. We know how but I am not allowed to say. lol.

Ahh A man who knows his stuff! Ive worked on aircraft parts for some years from an apprentice but doing general fabs now. Who you working for ive been around a few aerospace firms over the yaers.
