what do you get with the kits?

i'm interested to hear what jets you get and whats the over all thought of them.

you get a couple of different jet sizes and adjustable needles and new springs, worked well on my bike dyno'd it a the power curve was really smooth, but saying that you may well get the same results just by changing your jets, really depends what you've done to the bike, if its just a can and filter stick to just changing the jets, get in touch with greame france he can advise you on jet sizes

sorry i should be been more open, i have a dynojet kit in the bike and would like to know what all you get with the kit, you say springs,needles and jets.

what size jets ?
i only ask a i don't want to pull my carbs off to look but i'm just curious.

bike has a K&N,GF road system and trioval can (nice ) so what size jets do you think have gone in then?

i've been trying to find out what jets the '29 has as standard but can't find it anywhere, i saw a set of carbs and they had 108,another member sais he had 105.

Just about everything - take a dive on the parts microfiche pages - jets / needles / trumpets / slides / inlet manifolds / carb diameter etc.

Find yourself a mint standard late NC29 RR model - one of the sweetest bikes around once you have removed the factory fitted carb manifold restrictors - bike is easily identified by its very narrow diameter downpipes from the cylinder head - we've seen these make a regular 65 rear wheel BHP standard.

A very different bike from the early Gullarm - gearbox ratios - front and rear suspension - carbs - airbox - exhaust - I could go on.

Check the chassis number on your bike - you may have one.

Fontyyys CBR the one I bought off him was this model he had it set up with minor jet changes and an end can and it made 63, Graeme did mention somewhere on here recently that only certain models will benefit from a full dynojet kit....however when running ram air the needles are a must I believe.

if i read the numbers right graeme i have a R chassis but an L motor and the carbs came from an N.

i'll double check.

carbs O1AAED1 ?, it's the only thing i can see on them and that means nothing to the haynes or anywhere else i've looked online.

as long as it runs i'm not overly fussed but a nice clean R would be nice.

If you take it to a dyno, you get it jetted to suit. Mine has used Honda jets as you pay for the name Dynojet. If you have different cans, zorts or filter, its best to get it on a dyno and see but chances are you wont notice much unless you are a good rider though it should make the bike rev much cleaner. I have had 6 BHP gains, and I couldnt tell the difference. Mine is set up now for midrange as it is very quick top end anyhow, and really needs gearing properly to use the power but with a 14 front it will happily run in the top half of fast at Rocky Nat.
