Post by Phil_Norwich »

Hey all theres a couple of little bits I'd like to touch up on some of my fairing.

Can anyone recommend somewhere I could get a touch up kit from?

Cheers, Phil.

NH-196 is the code for Ross White (Base-Coat) of your bike.. if you want to touch up the colours you'll need to order those instead.. if you speak to RS paints they'll put you right :)

You might be able to get some cheaper paint from else-where as RS are quite pricey, but their paint is good quality stuff... the old saying 'you get what you pay for' comes to mind

NH-196 is indeed Ross White. I bought touch-up paint from local honda dealer (R-127 which is Sparkling Red for the NC35) at 9.50 Euro each. It is made by RH Motorradlacke.

See this usefull link with all paint codes! Just browse, have fun!

Its only a couple of the white sections I want to touch up. I'll have a look around and see what I can find.

I posted all of the NC21/24 codes in the Paint Codes section.. the NC30 paint codes should be on the first few pages of the parts book

I can vouch for the quality of RS Paints, they made me a few cans up last year (NH-196), nice and thick and goes down lovely, well worth the money.
