Hello FZR people =)
Hiya
I've just got a 3EN1 and we're (me and my boyfriend) are in the throes of taking stuff off it and putting newer stuff on. So far we've fitted a full TRX/Thundercat front end and got a TRX single seat to fit. There's a spare TRX rear end to fit too.
The front end is a mix of TRX and Thundercat parts. The yokes are TRX and fit straight into the FZR frame. The forks are Thundercat and the wheels and discs are TRX. The brakes are R6 blue spots.
The swingarm should go in fairly easily. I need to have the pivot machined down to fit the frame and have some bushes made to reduce the internal diameter to take the FZR swingarm spindle but other than that, it should go right in using all the TRX bits. The chainline appears to be there or thereabouts too
I'll take some pics and post some measurements up when we get it all together- it's in the shed in bits at the minute

Just a bit! They're brill cos so much stuff is interchangeable between different models. You can take one bike and make it something else, like LegoEvilchicken0 wrote:You like your Yams then :)

I think it'd fit in the frame but the oil tank (it's a dry sump engine) would get in the way of the 3EN fuel tank so a different oil tank would be needed. I fancied trying it myselfnick wrote:Considered a TRX850 lump for a hybrid, not sure it's poss though........
