With leopard on this one, Oil doesn't go off or anything.
I just whack halfords own 10W40 semi synthetic in mine. I don't bother putting expensive stuff in because it burns it anyway.

Why do you ask for advice then not listen to it.
Fully synth will make your clutch slip.
Car oil also has an anti friction substance in it, Which will also make your clutch slip.
Reason it doesn't affect cars is because they have dry clutches, Or they have their own Gearbox Oil.
Stick with Motorcycle 10w40, Anything will do providing its Semi Synth.

Re: Whats the best oil? NC29
Not true.. there is nothing in manual about oil type. Just
Oil type: API grade SE, SF or SG
Oil viscosity: SAE 10W40
I used this season Repsol 10W40 4T Moto Synthetic and no any trouble with clutch. On CB400SF we used MOTUL 300 V 4T Factoru Line 10W40, no any issue with clutch as well
