Had Apex GP Clipons but prefered the feel of the bike with the standard bars. May fit speedymotos or Gilles in the future
Quick Action Throttle - removed as only 8 degrees difference to standard so sold on, felt a bit awkward
Carbon Air Tray - Sold as the engine is running sweet as it is, it did nothing anyway, engine performance is not what i bought the bike for
Clear Indicator Lenses - cheapened the look of the bike. like the older fashioned 90's look
Renthal Medium Superbike Grips - Replaced by progrip gel 724's for comfort
SES Aluminium Screen Brace - Just looked wrong in silver, replaced with tyga black steel version
MHP Carbon Half System, SP1 Style - Came with my first RVF but wanted a twinstack to get the 95 8 hour look so sold on and bought a mercury
Slingshot Racing Quick Release Fuel Cap - The Sparco weighs nothing so use that one
Alloy Exhaust Hangar - Bought A Carbon One

Re: Micro Monkey's RVF400 & YZF750/1000SP (98 Haga Replica)
My YZF750/1000SP
I bought it like this, covered in stone chips and basically looking like a well loved and well ridden one off yzf. Looks can be decieving.

Well after much tinkering and sorting of the very dodgy electrics the bike is now 100% apart from the fork seals needing to be replaced but that can wait until a sunny day. Alarm removed as wires caught fire, fuses would continually blow, fan did not work, left indicator indicator on dash did not work, so resistors fitted as 12v was blowing a 2 volt led and a negative wire to earth added to create a circuit. Spa clocks now working 100%. All wiring checked, resoldered and reloomed. Coolant was basically rust coloured so rads flushed with cleaner several times, Coolant is now a pretty pink colour (50/50 Mix). Hoses were rough so have neatened and trimmed the expanding mesh and fitted new clamps where needed. Fan thermo bypass switch added so i can turn the fans on when i want although the thermo switch now comes on at 92 degress C. Oil drained and filter renewed, using gericke 10w40 oil (Basically the best Motul Stuff rebranded). A whole day removing, cleaning and rebrushing the pipework. Whole of the lower fairing heat proofed to protect the lovely new paintjob. Spent yesterday cleaning the disks to a lovely new silver colour only to find they were brown coloured by this morning (Bloody Cast Iron). Paintjob by Chris @ the Sprayshack (07919242193, Gloucester), very nice bloke and a top job he did too for £600.
Here it is now and the current spec!
