nc23 tri-arm valve timing

hi new here so hear goes
can anybody tell me the standard valve timing (inlet+exhaust) for the nc23 tri-arm (cbr400rrj).

and if anyone has tried different timing values and would like to shear :lol:

Don't know about the NC23 sorry, but the NC29 is 105 degrees inlet and exhaust.

I've been told the 'ideal' adjustments for the '29 but am yet to see for myself. Currently in the process of converting my cams to adjustable at the moment, for retuning after xmas.

thanks for that greggo

i have also done the mod ,but for anyone doing this mod the best way is to use

4mm hi-tensile counter sunk bolts . as by taping out to 5mm you have to be carefull

as cam is case hardened and you can brake to tap in the hole :o
