If you make them from stainless that would be a killer sell as anyone who has a 24 would sell their soul for em.lol.

NOS items turn up every so often but it's getting much rarer these days. Circa £135.00rcv4 wrote:is there any exhausts available for the 24? my mate has just bought a bike and the exhaust is shot,if there is none available i might be making a batch, any intrest !!
As Spooky said, theres a company in NZ that makes a copy but again its mild steel.
Then theres good old eBay, although I saw a part rotten collectorbox fetch £180.00, it made me feel like beating the winning bidder to death with their own stupidity.
If you decide to get some made try and go with stainless steel. There'd be plenty of interest, you might even want to contact David Silver Spares / Wemoto etc as i'm sure they'd have a couple off your hands if the price was right (especially if you need a certain amount to get some made)
I cut my collectorbox up and replaced all the joints with stainless steel items and added a join in the rear downpipes.. this allows me to take the collectobox off (while leaving the rear downpipes attatched) in order to get the sump off... Might be worth considering if you do get some made.

Re: nc24 exhaust
Pics please.
Will the collector fit the standard link pipe without gaskets. IE. slip joint?
Same on the front downpipes?
Are you going to make front down pipes also. IE. Full system?
Will it improve power/speed?
Will race can be road legal?

The collector will fit the standard link pipe without a gasket, you will have to cut a slot so it will clamp tight
i will make some front downpipes when i can fit them in,
you should get a small increase in power as it will flow more freely,
the race can will be a race can,i can supply with a db killer for a little extra,,,,,, or a pair of earplugs free
