scratch plate nc30

my scratch plate on my exhaust is scuffed and looks shite and spoils my otherwise nice looking bike , i was wondering that i could grind the the small spot welds off and remove the plate but my heel does touch the pipe sometimes i think, and dont want my boot melting to the pipe , is there any form of clamp on scratch plate, ive noticed some other pipes dont even have them , are they really that vital

Not really it all depends on wat you want , most on here have different cans and systems on so you can enjoy the full V4 experience and get rid of the sewing machine sound it comes with ;)
