Some 'Engrish' translations in there, but you can understand most of it.
Interestingly, it confirms my thoughts that HRC did build/race a bike designated 'RVF400' in the mid-late 80's.

Some time ago I read in a site with some old Honda pics and to my under standing that RVF750 was made as a race bike before the VFR750 road bike was build  
 and also that there was a pic of a 400 race bike in the 80's that kicked out 80-83 hp
