I'm there on Sunday. Not been since last year, and then you would have been better with flippers! Did the sighting laps and gave up! Sunday looks ok though 23 degrees and hardly any wind!

Re: Mallory Park track day
Had a good day it was wet for the first session but dried up after that,
The bike ran ok but jumped out of gear a few times & had some clutch slip.
It chucked it down after the fifth session & flooded the track, I haven't been there for four years and noticed that the track is looking really bad with rough repairs around Gerrards and other places. I got bored passing Ducati 1098's GSXR 1000 etc on my FZR (on the brake's of course as they have more "skill" on the staight's) what are these people doing? They would by better off on an old shagged CBR600!

Re: Mallory Park track day
SLOWWWW, In the noddy group as I had to run the engine in, & me and the bike hadn't been on track for three and a half years.
1.08s was the best time but in my defence I got stuck on most laps behind various dross ie Ducati 1098's, GSXR's, CBR600's
.
Still had a good time though with only the above problem's with the bike. But I ached like a buggery the next day!
