Talon rear sprocket
anyone brought one for the gsxr
ive got one and its makin a right noise ,and it looks like its hitting the inside of the chain
think the flats on the teeth are to big , the old one sprocket teeth are like ^ ,this talon one as a 4mm flat?
just wondered if anyone else had this problem ,thanks

Hi Jay,
I run Talon on the Bandit and they are a bit wider. They are like this to give a bit more strength being alloy, but ive had no probs with mine. Is the chain good, tensioned correctly and the wheel in line as they are a bit more sensitve to set up.

yep everthing new , and i also put some shims in the rear sprocket as the chain was snagging on the right side of the chain , still same ,thinking of going back to the dull grey sprocket .alignment is good tooVariablevalves suck wrote:Hi Jay,

try to check if you were sent correct chain for bike (gk73a is 525 chain imagine same for 76 model)
