hi guys well fairing from china have not as yet arrived 4 weeks late!! so have had to bite the bullet and get my OEM fairings repaired and painted. through my contacts from Suzuki GT750 restorations, that I have done/still do I contacted a chap called Tony in Willenhall (fellow "kettle" owner) who is a panel beater/paint expert so he now has my very sorry for them selves fairing kit.so I thought I'd shre some of his work.

Looks as though Tony does a good job, I have some work I could put his way if he's interested?

MOT'd the bike on Friday straight through, 1 advisory fairings missing. Took bike out for first shake down run yesterday, didn't go too well!!! Spare tank leaking like he'll when full, water drain pipe corroded in the tank. Chinese rads, cap not sealing, and rear caliper sticking. Bodged the tank, rad cap just needed tweaking, stripped the caliper, and rear M/C think some crud blocked the return hole, have had a 35 mile run today all seems well after doing some running repairs, engine feels very responsive, can't wait to get my panels from Tony and hopefully the bike will be finished. Only 5 weeks till the bike will be running me around the IOM TT for a week ;-)
