The only way to know if 13 of the 200 bikes still exist, is to check out their history and track down the other 187 to see where they ended up. How can that be done.

I may have another one in my shed that was believed scrapped, and so may you all .

Errr nothing! i joined years ago, forum was dead and absolutly nothing to show for your £15 but a reciept. Left it about 6 months to see if anytiing happened then got my money back.

I've mailed Pete/the club to ask him about this and to ask if he is still going....

Only to say.. bullshit goes a long way to sell and i need money, i was obviously done over at some point!

It was a rough NC30 that had a new spray job.. iirc it was in the RC30 colours and at the end of the Honda was the outline of a gold star.

It didn't look half bad but its not original and probably been damaged so worth even less than an old original

I can imagine that there could have been some NC prototypes that were made and sold off, scrapped more liekly, but if this were the case and they existed they'd most likely be in Japan or in the hands of private collectors, not as a uk registered barn find. I'd imagine any road-going proto would be close to origianl spec or use some weird parts that you probably wouldnt be able to get, they wouldn't be documented in DSS 'super special awesome secret NC30 partsbook' though.

The thing that makes me call bullshit is 200! Why 200? Becuase it sounds important thats why, which sounds made up, often protos are weird numbers like 17 or 23 bikes. But 200!?

A production run of 200 would be some kind of limited edition if it were to exist, and in this case there would be documentation for it, even if just to list the part numbers of the bike, Honda are good at that.

And to claim you had all this documentation in a book, but it got lost during a house move but the book didn't? Maybe the bullshit faeries came to take back whats theirs....

Still no reply on this from the new nc30oc member & ive also had no reply from the bexhill nc30 ownes club either regarding the bike & any details of them, seeing as its claimed they know so much about them / it?
