I have a feeling they're RLR but I'll check with Aly to make sure. Did you cut a hole on both sides? And did you have a fan fitted?
Also is you bike resting on a stick

Having seen the Pentax colour scheme in another thread I'm seriously thinking of doing that scheme on here now.

Yes holes both sides and no fan

How do you find it runs with no fan? Any issues at all?
That's it now, I've made my mind up I'm going with the Pentax Scheme. That's bloody lovely.

Its a problem when you go to shows like the mayday run where its likely your gunna be stoping in traffic surrounded by 100's of other hot bikes. By the time id got to parking it was well over 110, thta was with a stage 3 motor tho standard motors might run a little cooler

I've ran without a fan since 2008 - only is a problem if you go slow everywhere!

Tony have you got any pics of the Pentax scheme on the bike?
Really need to sit down and work out exactly what I need to buy to get the bike how I want it now. I've spent far too much money on trick bits and not very much on the bits I need to get it running properly. Looks can come later.
Discovered that the wife (ex) threw away a tub of bolts and nuts and fixings for the fairing and tank so now need to order replacements.

No i brought the fairings as they are from a breakers
One more thing i remembered about those RLR rads, aswell as it needing holes in the lowers the left side coolant pipe use too push against the lower making fitting them a pain, the fixing mount also eventually broke too due to stress on it. There really designed for race fairings.

I noticed that while fitting the lowers I have. I was thinking of going down the Tyga route for the bodywork and getting it painted. Not sure what to do with all the brand new RVF panels I've now collected. Probably just keep them sat on the shelf.
