Some progress. I'm getting RPM from VR-sensor and getting spark for all 4 HT Coils.

Currently have some issue with Camshaft positions sensor (VR-sensor).

I have bike starter. This is not the best idle I have, but the first step is done and engine running. So, lot of efforts need to be done to run it stable and smooth.

Here is wirring diargamm.

If somebody interesting - PM me and I'll send in better resolution.

Whats the score Parus. Is it working?

As far as this not too much interest I doesn't update topic and make english version of all video (and my speaking skill need to be improved as well:)) ).

Yes, it's working. But at the end of autumn I have bike running, but the problem was with Microsquirt module (or maybe with my setup), when I connected laptop to adjust setting, bike died in 5 sec. So, it takes me a month to figure out that really issue with module and month to trying to resolve the issue with guys from DIYAutoTune. (very helpful and responsive) and they asked me to replace the module for free. But they launch new version on board V3.0 instead of V2.2. So, I got new module at the middle of December. I also made some changes with bike - wiring, external ignition control (V3.0 has only logic level, so you need ignition control), also fitted COP(coil-on-plug) because I can control dwell time. Made some work with throttle bodies.
Made new subframe because with CBR1000 fairing it's quite tricky to put all electronic stuff to tail unit. Here is a video (sorry, but in russian only).

In January kitty close the sensor wire and burned the microsquirt board, so I take 2 week to figure and repair all stuff again, but looks like all fine now.
So, I planning to modify PWM stepper motor controller to my purpose and I think I can start at the beginning of spring and continue to create ignition and fuel\afr maps to get maximum performance.

Its all looking good at the moment parus, It will be awesome to see it up and running with a full tune.

Ok. I will try to put english comments to the video - in this case it will be clear for all.

Here is the last video about Testing board that you can used with Microsquirt - JimStim http://www.jbperf.com/JimStim/ You can buy kit or already soldered board. What is benefits of this board - it allow you to emulate sensor output (working engine) and any possible working conditions ever not possible in real life like closed throttle, maximum RPM and very cool temperature of the engine and see how much fuel will be delivered to you engine.

Here is LED indication on the board that allow you to visually see working of spark plug, fast-idle valve, fuel pump, injectors, stepper motor and etc. Also you can set up different timing (trigger) wheels.

End at the end I will join MyChron 3Plus directly to Microsquirt Tacho output.

Feel free to ask me any questions. It can be use both MegaSquirt or MicroSquirt.

I also fabricate different timing wheel to get better timing detection.

Here is some details about timming\trigger wheel changes. I have added some details in English.
Not tested yet with Microsquirt. I'm little busy with PWM stepper motor controller, because previous one didn't work properly with Microsquirt V3.0.

I know noone clearly understand what I really do - but keep in mind you will faced with similar unknow problems when you will go this fuel injection root... ;)

Here is stepper motor controller we designed to control idle. Microsquirt has no stepper motor curcuit and we have to control stepper motor through PWM. This is unusual but there is no choice or replace stepper with idle valve.

BTW someone asked me is it possible to make same controller but control 4 separate steppers. Answer - yes, but we need design such controller. So, if you need similar for you project - send me PM and I response with a contact of good electric engineer and you'll agreed scope and price...
