Looks like its going to shape up to a stunner!
Yes thanks, I hope so.
Oooh very well done. What did you use to do that. Its something that always bugs me on older bikes that are otherwise tidy.
It's a simple task.
Clean surface first, than use Q-Tips, the color you need, spray it onto piece of paper, dip the Q-Tip into it an dab it over the lettering and wipe it of with solvent immediately after it.
Did it with the choke lever as well.

Hi folks,

Finally I got my alloy sprocket, but not the Talon as it got lost somewhere in Scottland..... :o

Anyway, all of the sudden I remembered that I use an "Enuma" alloy sprocket on my Kawa Z1R for 3 years, so
why not order one for the Honda? They have a comprehensive catalog - made in Germany!

I also fitted some more titanium screws
-front disks and callipers
-rear calliper
-front axle pinch bolts

Great project.

Have you measured the weight savings for the "meter stay" (instrument bracket), and the "alloy upper stay" (front fairing stay)? In Thailand, where I live, alloy part work is relatively inexpensive so I'm keen to know the weight saving. The "cost saved per gram" / "weight saved per $" should be quite spectacular.

Hi tanto,

have measured (but not documented yet) the upper stay, I remember that the weight saving was not that much

The meter stay is not ready yet, remember I have the "big" headlights and the stay has to be modified as it was designed to work with the small ones.

Almost done. Still have to wait for the modified alloy meter stay.

I like that, slightly different take on the colour scheme but it looks good. Of course all those shinny TI nuts and bolts stand it out from the crowd

Alloy disk screws

I would never use some alloy screws for the front disks.
