For the EFI/intake packaging. I believe I will have the facilities to manufacture my own runner/ plenum etc, however I am not sure how to package this with the carburettor swap to EFI:

As per formula student rules I cannot have multiple throttles so a signle throttle (20mm restrictor) will have to do.
Downstream supercharger, intercooler, plenum then runners.

What fuel rail would best suit? Looking at EV6 Bosch injectors and custom housing? although the more custom the more chances of going wrong.

Hey mate, have you seen this moto efi book?

The best book on the subject IMO, it's very informative and has a heap of technical info relevant to your project. It could save a bit of trial and error.
