What sort of custom are you looking for? I would stick with the standard aftermarket sized can, looks best with these bikes. P&J engineering supply all sort of muffler parts if you're looking to refurb your messed up can: http://www.pjengineering.co.uk/

Looking great so far!

Looking nice. Don' t forget to check that your earth points on the frame have had the PC cleaned back to bare metal for a good contact or I suspect you may be chasing electrical gremlins for a while.

As Cammo says - Just re sleeve it yourself. I did my oval ART can and got the bits from here (http://www.aa16.co.uk/).

Turned this:

Into this in about an hour and a half (even replaced the wadding with some new whilst I was at it):

hi guy ive a few bits an pieces ive done but nothing to much as im currently on with building a 42sqm garage and thats taking all my time i could realy do with getting hold of a good condition wiring loom to get it running.

i plan on resleveing the standard can the same size just unsure weather to do a aluminium can like standard or do a carbon sleeve. opinions?

I prefer carbon I reckon they sound better than aluminium, though stainless sounds better again IMO.

Whatever floats your boat.

Dam Tony, you dont hang about. 2nd dibs on the exhaust!
