I've only been riding a year and a half and I've only known BT090's so I don't know any better or worse so it's really hard for me to compare! I do feel confident with them though, only exception is I've had a couple of times where the back has slipped out in the wet but that's more down to my shitty brakes.
My mini and my VFR both need new tyres when I get home at Easter, going to be dropping a good £400 on rubber in one go, sigh.

you lazy git. you want 18" yes ? scroll down ot BT090, and in the drop down select your size, or if you want a pair phone and get them to change the 17 rear for a 18

Found it now £185 for the pair, I'm pretty sure that was the last fitted price I paid...

Tried local they don't have 090's listed anymore!
Ordered one from visorshop and they said they'd fit it for £12. So that's alright.

i may be able to get them for cheaper will have to check prices at work when im back in on tuesday, can fit them aswell
