Album now public; I altered the setting on the main page and thought it applied to all sub albums

The dia. is all in Japanese and B/W; its like trying to read this; %>[{]}=%$#, does my head in

Cracking idea on inverse pic. (top tip of the year)

If OP prints off a few copies and has some coloured pens, he could easy work out what's what; the little icons are self explanatory.

Have been in garage this morning.
Disconnecting the larger of the two plugs at the TCI unit results in no Exup cycling or fuel pump prime.

Aristotle (circa 322BC) "One swallow does not a summer make".
Amended by someone on here

; "A yellow spring does not an Ohlins make".

Yes, I was originally talking about a Yamaha yellow spring on an SP shock. Somebody described it as an Ohlins because Yamaha owned them .... it lead to "Ohlins-a-like"

Just tried a third relay from a running bike with no luck. Next move is to try a digital ignition box.

Fingers crossed
We'll get there eventually. Cheers for all the advice

Yes bridged and the starter motor spins. Just got an ignition box so I can try it tonight. Also got a Haynes manual for the 600/750/1000 with details of how to test the relay with a multimeter and battery. pretty sure the wires are same colour
