Ok, but the forks seem to be 43mm whilst the rvf is 41? Or am I looking at the wrong info?

That's right, you need to use the Triumph yokes.

Is that not just the stanction diameter, not the fork outer tube diameter?

Yeah that's right.
Just read above that they fit straight into the rvf yokes (50 mm diameter), so scrap my earlier reply!

Sorry i dont have the measurements to hand however the bike is coming apart over winter to build for next race season so i can get the sizes but im running honda rs250 + the front needs different spacers anyway, think ive got a pair of spacers still for the stock nc wheel but ill have to look
any of the yamaha 4 pot radials fit, most 4 pot radials run the same bolt spacing too so the caliper choice is huge, i went for the yamaha as they are billet

Are the discs not too small?
Also how far off is the stock mudgard to fit onto the forks?
Cheers

the stock honda discs are too small by just 4mm so if you just bolt it all up there will be 2mm of pad unused
I left mine like this all season + every couple of meetings i just filed away the slight lip of pad
There are a few of ways round it
1. Remove the outer 2mm of the pad material
2. have 2mm skimmed off the caliper mounting face
3. Fit larger discs such as 310mm rc30 discs + then space the calipers out by 7mm, this is common on many bikes + conversions
Ill either be skimming the calipers 2mm or fitting larger discs for next season if i can find some at the right price, rc30 discs dont exactly come cheap + dont come up used very often but will gain slightly better brakes even further from the larger discs
As for the mudguard im using an rvf one, doesnt realy fit well to be honest, i redrilled a small hole each side + bolted it through one hole of the mudguard bracket, the rear i have an ally bracket which caliper bolt bolts through
im going use the 675 front mudguard when i rebuild the bike as the spacing between the forks is almost the same

Old topic, mostly it is still interesting info to me..
To everyone that has fitted a CBR600rr forks on their NC30/35 with standard size NC30/35 rim, I have a couple of questions.
What front wheel spacers did you use?
And what discs?
And how about forks from 1000rr 08-onwards, are these similar to 600rr?
Yes, I do know the Trumpets forks are straight fit in standard rvf yoke slot. But have some forks offered from a 600rr with radial mounts.

Tyga now do yokes for the nc35 that take CBR forks
