A 4 into 4 exhaust system possible?

i suppose... what was the ID of your pipe may i ask? and how did you get the collar that goes at the end of the pipe? the collar that crushes the gasket in place. i keep on wondering that.

the flanges i get laser cut,and the collars are rather thick walled tube or i turn a set from solid bar,downpipe od is 35mm or 1 3/8 old money.

ye thats right from memory i think the material for the collars is 1 1/4 nominal bore tube.

oh okay. hmm so for the downpipe OD its 35mm. whats the ID? 33mm or so?

id will depend on wot wall thickness you use,1.5mm wall 32mm id etc...35mm tube is difficult to track down.
