This is already looking amazing!

Got to say that exhaust looks great.

Hope you've got a brilliant paint scheme to go with this ;)

Paint I'm gonna get tyga Suzuka fairings and I'm tempted to do an ampm like deviants I've already spoke to him and he says he doesn't mind.

And as for the exhaust it's an ethos full system but the cans a mess so need to. Find a can for it would prefer carbon. Don't no if anyone nos anywhere that does custom cans?

More bolts have arrived from the zinc coaters now comes the hard part of figuring out where they all go lol

I'll be doing the valve clearances this week and then I can get the engine in the frame.

I use the parts catalog when I reassemble something. It tells me the size and length of the bolt I am looking for!

Wheels have come back from powder coaters along with wiring loom brackets

Image

I plan on getting the engine in hopefully tomorrow.

O and today one of the fork pinch bolts sheared on me anyone have any advice for getting it out. I think there may be some shot in the holes from when the fork bottoms were powder coated should have run a tap threw first but live and learn
