Will get some pictures up soon.
Bikes running really really really good now.
Time to take it back to the dyno. I expect around 60hp (factory issue)
Since the last post i've put in a new air-filter.
The right hand rear cowl I brought in type 6 to replace my broken seed panels was missing the decal! I couldnt' get a new decal as Honda have discontiniued them. Luckily I managed to get a new old stock rear side panel which is on the bike. Lovely job.
The TTF3 HRC Kit RC30 rear shock and linkages is fantastic. Even though it's from a 91 bike (it was fully rebuilt and overhauled 2 years ago.. many new shocks arn't upto the quality of the stuff they made for the RC30.
Shame the HRC shocks dont' come with bump stops.. never bottomed it out but for peace of mind i'd like one!)
Got the suspension dialed in quite well now.
Next thing is to get a set of BT-90's on it for the summer as the dunlops have almost gone.
Brought a clutch tool as I want to inspect the clutch, it's fine but it doesn't seem to fully release.. I suspect a worn basket..
